Returns and Exchange Policy

Return and Exchange within Pakistan

We don’t have a refund policy and can only offer store credit in special circumstances, valid for 6 months. A product can be exchanged only if it was received damaged and you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Unfortunately, if more than 24 hours have passed since delivery, we won’t be able to offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Additional non-exchangeable items: 

  • Limited Edition Collection Items
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards 

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges are not applicable:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
