Returns and Exchange Policy

Return and exchange within Pakistan

A product can be exchanged only if it was received damaged while shipping or at source and must be informed to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. If 24 hours have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We don't have any refund policy. Items can only be exchanged once bought.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where exchanges are not applicable:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Exchanges (if applicable)
